Kate Leuba is a Program Manager for DAI’s Center for Secure and Stable States, focusing on stabilization and transition work. Since joining DAI in 2014, Kate has supported a variety of programs in complex environments such as Afghanistan, Burma, Libya, Pakistan, and the West Bank.

Kate ensures the programs she manages run smoothly, efficiently, and compliantly. She is well versed in all aspects of management of USAID-funded programs and has led program operations throughout startup, implementation, and closedown. Prior to DAI, Kate started her career at the International Programs Division of the National Conference of State Legislatures where she coordinated legislative exchanges for U.S. state legislators and international parliamentarians.
