Sara Hiller is a Project Manager for DAI’s Center for Secure and Stable States, where she provides technical and operational oversight to transition and stabilization programs. Since joining DAI in 2012, Sara has supported a variety of governance, countering violent extremism, and stabilization programs in complex environments such as Pakistan, Iraq, and the West Bank.

In her current role, Sara manages an Office of Transition Initiatives (OTI) program in Pakistan, and provides technical research support to new business initiatives.
